Apollo Global Management to Sell Stake In Miller Homes to Daiwa House

03:38 AM EDT, 09/17/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Apollo Global Management (APO) said Thursday that Apollo-managed funds have agreed to sell a 30% stake in the UK-based homebuilder Miller Homes to Daiwa House. No financial terms were disclosed, and Apollo Funds will remain the controlling shareholder in Miller Homes, the company said. Miller Homes builds about 5,000 residences a year in the UK, while Daiwa House, a listed company in Japan, targets delivery of 7,000 houses per year, said Apollo.
