04:32 AM EDT, 09/18/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Orion180 Insurance (OIG) has priced an IPO of 20 million class A common shares at $12 each, for a $240 million equity raise before expenses, the home- and flood-insurer disclosed Thursday. In addition, Orion180 Insurance has granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 3 million class A common shares at the IPO price, less underwriting discounts and commissions, the company said. The shares are expected to begin trading on the Nasdaq on Friday, under the ticker symbol OIG. The offering is expected to close on Monday, the Florida-based Orion180 Insurance said. Orion180 will have two classes of common stock following the offering; Class A shares carry one vote each, while Class B shares carry 10 votes each, the company said. Orion180 Insurance founder and CEO Kenneth Gregg remains the sole holder of Class B shares eligible to vote in the election of directors, according to the insurer's S-1 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
