04:21 PM EDT, 09/18/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Apogee Enterprises (APOG) said late Friday it has acquired GroGlass in a transaction valued at up to approximately $71.8 million at current exchange rates. Latvia-based GroGlass provides high-performance glass surface solutions, including anti-reflective and other advanced coatings used in display, architectural, and technical applications.
