SpaceX reportedly plans to raise 40 billion dollars to purchase Nvidia chips
智通财经2026/10/06 23:01According to the Financial Times, SpaceX (SPCX.US) is seeking to raise $40 billions through a financing plan led by Apollo, aiming to purchase Nvidia (NVDA.US) chips. Sources revealed that the company plans to raise about $10 billions via bank loans and $30 billions through investment-grade debt to support its large-scale chip orders. Private equity group Apollo is expected to lead the transaction and assist in selling the debt to a wide range of investors. Bond group Pimco is reportedly one of the small group of lenders in talks to provide financing for the deal. The transaction is expected to be completed in 2027.

As market competition intensifies, Honda aims to strengthen its partnerships with Nissan and Mitsubishi Motors to enhance competitiveness. The three companies have made progress in joint discussions that began in August 2024. According to the plan, Mitsubishi Motors will produce the L200 Triton pickup truck in Thailand, branded with the Honda logo, and it will be sold in Southeast Asian and other markets starting from 2028 and beyond.
