Black Mammoth Metals Seeks US Listing

11:27 AM EDT, 09/17/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Black Mammoth Metals (BMM.V), up 7.2% on last look, said Thursday that it applied for a listing on a US stock exchange. The company will maintain its listing in Canada, even if a US listing is approved. It does not intend to consolidate its share capital or use American Depositary Receipts (ADRs), the company stated. Black Mammoth shares were last seen up CA$0.25, to CA$3.74, on the TSX Venture Exchange. Price: 3.74, Change: +0.25, Percent Change: +7.16
