Bitcoin NFT Protocol Ordinals Minted Over 190,000 Inscriptions Yesterday, a Record High

Bitcoin NFT protocol Ordinals, launched by software engineer Casey Rodarmor, minted more than 190,000 inscriptions in a single day on April 23, a record high, according to Dune Analytics. The number of "text" inscriptions was 190,202, or 98.5% of the total.
The total number of inscriptions minted on Bitcoin NFT Ordinals has reached 1.58 million, generating a total of 181 BTC in fees to date.
