Valkyrie files newly revised Bitcoin spot ETF prospectus

Bloomberg analyst James Seyffart stated on X platform that Valkyrie submitted a newly revised prospectus (S-1 document) for its Bitcoin spot ETF today. They joined Bitwise and Invesco, declaring that creation and redemption can only be done in cash.
