According to Lookonchain monitoring, a certain whale withdrew 60,000 ETH ($131.76 million) from Bitfinex and deposited it into Maker, then borrowed 58 million DAI four hours ago. After exchanging 58 million DAI for 58 million USDC, the whale deposited 58 million USDC into Binance.
