The Dow Jones Industrial Average opened down 0.37%, the Nasdaq Composite rose 0.28%, and the S&P 500 rose 0.14%. Star tech stock Advanced Micro Devices (AMD) rose 1.28%, Amazon rose 1.03%, and Nvidia rose 0.85%.
