According to data monitored by on-chain analyst @ai_9684xtpa shows that 18 hours ago, Vitalik transferred 1.5 million USDC to the Kanro address. Kanro is a charity organization under Vitalik and has accumulated 66.93 million USDC in the past three months. The funds are transferred through the multi-signature address 0xf20...9D5a3 to Coinbase, Gemini, and BitGo.
