The number of active addresses on the Solana blockchain has reached 13.9 million, ranking it first among public chains
Nansen posted on social media that as of January 1, 2024, Solana ranked first in the total active addresses across all public chains and Layer2 networks with 13.9 million addresses. The second to fifth places are: BNB Chain (13.7 million); TRON (10.8 million); Ethereum (5.4 million); Polygon (4.8 million). In addition, Ronin Network's active address count ranked first in growth rate between November and December.
