According to on-chain analyst EmberCN monitoring, half an hour ago, the Ethereum Foundation used its funding withdrawal address to exchange 700 ETH for 1,684,445 DAI at a price of $2,406.

Path: Ethereum Foundation transfers out ETH→0xbC9 address→0xd77 address→sells for DAI→funding withdrawal address (0x9eE).
