SEC Commissioner Hester Peirce stated in an interview that the SEC will not repeat the delay on the Ethereum ETF: she said, "This is not the way we approve, we should not wait for the court to accuse us of being 'arbitrary and capricious', and the SEC should be able to make the right decision."
