Trump's Ethereum Wallet Holds $1.1 Million Worth of TRUMP Tokens

Former U.S. President Donald Trump's Ethereum wallet holds over 579,000 MAGA (TRUMP) tokens. Blockchain analytics firm Arkham Intelligence previously linked the wallet to Trump, which holds a portion of the royalties from Trump's official NFT collectible sales. Recently, the price of these meme coins has soared, resulting in Trump's holdings reaching approximately $1.1 million in value. According to data from CoinGecko, TRUMP tokens have surged 222% this week and 689% over the past 14 days. Trump's wallet is not directly associated with the creation of the TRUMP tokens, which are typically created by anonymous individuals, aiming to capitalize on hype and FOMO (fear of missing out) effects. According to public blockchain data tracked by Etherscan, Trump's wallet received a significant amount of TRUMP tokens in multiple transactions in August and October 2023. Currently, Trump's TRUMP tokens are valued at $1.1 million, representing the largest single holding in wallets associated with Trump. As of now, the wallet holds a total of around $2.6 million worth of cryptocurrencies, including approximately $755,000 worth of Ethereum (ETH) and $731,000 worth of Wrapped Ethereum (WETH).
