According to Spot On Chain monitoring, the Hermez Network-associated wallet 0xa31 has just deposited 3 million MATIC (worth $2.85 million) into CEX at a price of $0.95 in the past two hours. Twenty-three days ago, this address received 19.8 million MATIC from Hermez Network and now there are still 16.8 million MATIC left (worth $16.1 million).
