According to on-chain analyst @ai_9684xtpa, the second major LINK holder today, who previously made a profit of $1.65 million through LINK trading in January 2024, took advantage of the drop in LINK price today and increased their holdings by purchasing 194,000 LINK at an average price of $18.87 per coin.
