Inco, a modular blockchain developer focused on confidentiality, has completed a $4.5 million seed round financing with 1kx as the lead investor and participation from Circle Ventures, GSR, Polygon Ventures, Robot Ventures, Alliance DAO, and zkSync developer Matter Labs.
