According to Data Nerd monitoring, wallet 0x9a1 (possibly belonging to Flow Traders) received 5 million STRK tokens from Starknet. Subsequently, the wallet deposited 3.6 million STRK tokens (approximately $14 million) into a CEX and sold 860,000 STRK tokens for $2.44 million on a DEX. Currently, it still holds 50,000 STRK tokens.
