According to the on-chain data tracking service Whale Alert, an address starting with "DETvhq" transferred 77,683,351 DOGE to the cryptocurrency exchange CEX via the Dogecoin blockchain at around 12:05 Beijing time on February 24th. The value exceeded $6.6 million.
