EthHub Co-creation: EIP-4844 adds a new transaction type, blobspace, to Ethereum

EthHub co-founder sassal.eth expressed on social media, why do I think EIP-4844/proto-danksharding is great? -EIP-4844 adds a new transaction type to Ethereum called blobspace, which aims to reduce the cost of rollups/layer 2; -Blobspace has its own independent fee market, meaning they are not affected by non-Blobspace tx fee peaks on L1; -Blobspace "expires" after about 18 days, which means that the storage burden added to Ethereum full nodes is very small (maintaining decentralization); -Increasing the number and size of Blobspaces is very easy and can be done in every hard fork in the future; -EIP-4844 lays the foundation for fully danksharding data availability sampling, which will bring greater scalability to layer 2. As part of Dencun upgrade, EIP-4844 will go live on March 13th with Blobspace coming soon.
