According to official data, in the 7 days leading up to February 29th, Circle issued 2 billion USDC, redeemed 1.3 billion USDC, and increased circulation by 700 million tokens. The total circulation of USDC is $28.7 billion, with reserves of $28.8 billion, including $3.3 billion in cash and the Circle Reserve Fund holding $25.5 billion.
