Tesla Bitcoin Wallet Balance Increases by 1,789 Pieces, Sparking Buyback Speculation
Crypto data analytics platform Arkham recently added Tesla's Bitcoin wallet tracking to its dashboard. The BTC wallet associated with Tesla shows a balance of 11,509 BTC, which is about 1,789 BTC more than the 9,720 BTC balance reported in the last earnings report.Users are curious if Tesla has begun to buy back bitcoin or if some of the recent changes in the numbers are due to an accounting error. Users have indicated that the company may have started buying BTC since its last earnings call and may report new BTC purchases on its next financial call. Tesla and Musk have not yet commented on whether or not Tesla is buying Bitcoin.
