Among them, the average fee for Starknet has dropped from $0.98 to $0.13, which is the largest decrease; zkSync's average fee has dropped from $0.4 to $0.19. In addition, Optimistic rollups such as Arbitrum and Optimism have a limited decrease in comparison, dropping respectively from $0.62 to $0.59 and from $1.01 to $0.69.
