According to Farside Investors data, on March 15th, Grayscale GBTC had an outflow of $139.4 million, Bitwise BITB had an inflow of $20.5 million, Franklin EZBC had an inflow of $2 million, WisdomTree BTCW had an inflow of $3.3 million, and ARK 21Shares ARKB had no inflow/outflow of funds.
