Three Arrows Capital co-founder Kyle Davies still insists on the attitude of "no legal action against oneself can prove innocence"
ChainCatcher news, Kyle Davies, co-founder of Three Arrows Capital, stated in an interview with Laura Shin that law enforcement agencies have not taken any formal legal action against him personally to prove that he has not made any false statements. It has been almost 2 years since the Three Arrows Capital scandal, and this view remains unchanged. CFTC and SEC have not contacted them so far, nor has Dubai; only Singapore has had some contact and documents were submitted a year ago.
