Base Community Contributors: The target for Base gas has been increased to 5 mgas/s in order to further reduce costs
Base community contributor JessePollak stated that the gas target for Base has been increased to 5 mgas/s, so gas costs are rapidly falling and are expected to stabilize at a lower level, even though demand may increase. Our long-term goal is to achieve 1 Ggas/s (which is 400 times what it is now), and we will share more information about the latest progress in the coming weeks.
