U.S. SEC seeks public comments on Grayscale, Bitwise and Fidelity Ethereum spot ETFs
ChainCatcher news, according to The Block, relevant documents show that the US SEC is soliciting public opinions on Grayscale, Bitwise and Fidelity spot Ethereum ETFs.
“The Commission is issuing this notice to solicit comments from interested persons on the proposed rule changes, as modified by Amendment No. 1,” the SEC said in a filing about Bitwise. Comments must be submitted within 21 days.
