OpenSea宣布 停止强制收取NFT创作者版税，引起了一些知名人士的不满，包括亿万富翁科技企业家Mark Cuban和Bored Ape Yacht Club创始人Yuga Labs。Cuban在X上表示，不收集和支付NFT销售版税是OpenSea的巨大错误，这会降低对平台的信任并损害行业。此举被视为OpenSea向其他NFT市场竞争的屈服，这些市场也削减了创作者版税以吸引买家。Yuga Labs计划开始停用OpenSea的兼容性，其他创作者也呼吁全行业抵制OpenSea。
