Modular L2 protocol Layer N launches first phase of public testnet

The modular L2 protocol Layer N has launched the first phase of its public testnet, and users and developers can now use NordVM's real-time and fully deployed instances. The testnet will consist of three phases: · The first phase is the introduction of NordVM, the first XVM implementation; · The second phase is the introduction of NEVM, a public EVM chain; · The third phase is the integration of our StateNet, which is a unified communication layer. NordVM is the first XVM implementation on Layer N, with ultra-low latency, high throughput, and negligible transaction fees.
