ECB Steward Negel said that the ECB's rate cuts reflect weakening inflationary pressures; the ECB has not been very surprised by the rebound in inflation; the German economy is accelerating its rebound; in order to achieve growth, Germany needs to dispose of structural challenges; and debt brakes are of great significance, and the Bundesbank is the main proponent of this mechanism.
