The Aave DAO has initiated a proposal to deploy Aave V3 on ZKSync, planning to distribute subsequent ZK token airdrops to relevant users
Marc Zeller, the founder of Aave Chan Initiative, has proposed a community governance proposal suggesting to deploy Aave V3 on ZKSync in order to take advantage of zk-Rollups' scalability and cost-effectiveness. By integrating with ZKSync, Aave can provide users with faster and cheaper transactions while maintaining the security and decentralization of Ethereum's main network. The Aave DAO pledges to redistribute any airdrops provided by the ZKSync ecosystem back to Aave users through liquidity mining, GHO secondary liquidity incentives, security module deployment or performance plans. ACI will represent the Aave DAO in coordinating any liquidity mining activities related to the deployment of ZKSync's Aave V3.
