Odaily News The Algorand Foundation led the establishment of the Humanitarian Payments Committee. The committee aims to use
blockchain to pay aid for UN agencies and non-governmental organizations to ensure safe, transparent and traceable delivery. In addition, they will develop a blockchain-based cash program roadmap for disaster-stricken areas. Currently, the committee members include Circle, Worldpay Global, Mercy Corps Ventures, UN Development, HesabPay, etc.
