Chaos Labs plans to increase the supply and lending limits of USDC, WETH and other assets in Aave V3 deployed on Scroll at 23:00

Chaos Labs suggests increasing the supply and borrowing limits of USDC, WETH, and wstETH deployed on Scroll. Specifically, the supply limit for USDC is recommended to be increased to 40 million, while the borrowing limit remains unchanged; the supply limit for WETH is recommended to be increased to 30,000, with the borrowing limit increased to 27,000; the supply and borrowing limits for wstETH are both recommended to be increased to 16,000 and 720, respectively. Chaos Labs plans to execute these updates through the risk management process on July 3 at 23:00.
