Odaily News According to on-chain analyst Ember’s monitoring, 20 minutes ago, the German government address transferred 1,000 BTC to exchanges/institutions such as Coinbase and Bitstamp. In general, the German government address has transferred a total of 11,032.3 BTC (about $668.2 million) in the 19 days since June 19.
