German government address transfers another 2,700 BTC to trading platform and OTC service address
On July 12, Arkham monitored another transfer of 2,700 BTC from a German government address 10 minutes earlier, of which 1,000 were transferred to a suspected B2C2 Group address, 400 to Bitstamp, 400 to Kraken, 400 to Coinbase, and 500 to an address beginning with bc1qu3j.
