Odaily News According to Arkham monitoring, the balance of the German governments Bitcoin address has been exhausted. The address has just sent 3,846.05 BTC (about $223.81 million) to Flow Traders and 139Po (possibly an institutional deposit/over-the-counter trading service). The current Bitcoin balance in the address is shown as 0.
