According to a survey conducted by Coinbase and Angus Reid, 86% of Canadians surveyed believe that the countrys financial system needs to be updated. Most people (80%) believe that the current system is unfair to everyone (76%), out of touch with reality (76%), and designed to benefit businesses (83%) and the rich (73%). In addition, 72% of respondents believe that regulation of cryptocurrency exchanges is important. Nearly a third of Canadians surveyed (29%) said they would be more inclined to buy cryptocurrencies if there were more regulation in the industry.
