Odaily News Cipher, the author of the RGB++ protocol, published a post on the X platform stating that RGB++ will be upgraded to RGB++ Layer, extending the bridgeless cross-chain function and smart contract function to all UTXO chains. In addition, the RGB++ browser and DeFi infrastructure based on the RGB++ Layer will also be launched soon.
