Onchain data shows that a very small portion of the Ethereum funds thought to be held by the United States was transferred to another wallet.
The US Government transferred 0.04 ETH from the wallet labeled Funds Seized from Noman Seleem (0x6f9) by Arkham to the new address 0x38cEd5767F1c16DeeA54c5175e0f23a5DAb1aD46 in what may be a transfer test. US government addresses currently hold 203,239K BTC, 121,734M USDT, and 50,524K ETH.
