Vitalik: Using USDC on the Ethereum chain is much better than transferring between CEX accounts
In a response to a netizen on X, Vitalik Buterin expressed his agreement with the view that "using USDC on the Ethereum chain is much better than transferring between CEX accounts", because it establishes network effects and user habits in the right place (on-chain), making it easier for users to switch to other options in the future. As an individual, I can even choose to only hold ETH and exchange it in real time with others who want USDC."
