According to a post by on-chain analyst Yu Jin, the previous transfer of 30,000 ETH by Arbitrum was cross-chain allocation, and the relevant address is a cross-chain address commonly used by cex, which is often used for cross-chain allocation of assets such as MATIC, ETH, USDC, and STG
