According to monitoring by ai_9684xtpa, the "2015 ICO ancient whale with 1 million ETH" is still selling off ETH. He recharged CEX with 451 ETH 11 hours ago, worth $1.03 million. Over the past week, a total of 1411 ETH has been sold, totaling $3.33 million in value; compared to previous sell-offs, the amount has significantly decreased but the frequency has increased.
