GOAT Network Officially Launches BitVM2 Testnet, Advancing Native Bitcoin ZKRollup Implementation
GOAT BitVM2 compresses the challenge period from the original 14 days to less than 1 day, making it the most performant and closest to real deployment BitVM2 architecture currently available. Its architecture integrates zkMIPS zero-knowledge proof, decentralized sequencer, and a multi-round random challenge reward mechanism, forming a complete Bitcoin native ZK Rollup solution.
The code is fully open-source, and the testnet is fully open, allowing developers to participate in staking, challenging, and bridging operations, with the recruitment of challenge nodes starting simultaneously.
The core team of GOAT Network stated: "Without a practically usable incentive mechanism, even the strongest security cannot be implemented. BitVM2 is just the starting point; we hope to truly bring Bitcoin into a usable and scalable Layer2 era through the practice of GOAT BitVM2."
