Matador completes second round of private financing of CAD 1.6443 million to support Bitcoin purchase

According to a report by Jinse Finance, Bitcoin and RWA financial technology listed company Matador announced that it has completed the second round of non-brokered private placement financing (the first round was completed on May 30), raising a total of 1,644,300 Canadian dollars. The funds are expected to be used for purchasing Bitcoin, advancing the company's gold acquisition, and general corporate purposes.
