AI blockchain platform Yupp raises $33 million in seed funding led by a16z
According to the official announcement, AI blockchain platform Yupp has completed a $33 million seed round led by a16z. The Yupp platform allows users to freely compare various AI models; users can input prompts and view responses generated side-by-side by multiple AIs. After selecting the best result, a "preference data packet" is formed, which is then used for further training and evaluation of AI models.
The platform leverages blockchain technology to ensure transparency in the evaluation process. Users who provide feedback receive corresponding rewards, while AI developers gain access to verifiable training data. The platform is designed so that human judgment becomes a cyclical resource: as the user base grows, more evaluation data is generated, which in turn improves model quality, and higher-quality models attract even more user participation.
