NEWT Unveils Tokenomics, Allocating 10% for Initial Airdrop and Community Rewards
Foresight News reports, according to official sources, Newton Protocol (NEWT) has released its tokenomics, with a total fixed supply of 1 billion tokens (1,000,000,000). At launch, the circulating supply of NEWT will be 215 million tokens (21.5% of the total). Of this, 60% of the supply is allocated to the community category, while 40% is allocated to internal categories.
The community allocation refers to reserved tokens used to directly support the growth, technical development, and decentralization of Newton Protocol. This includes ecosystem grants, network rewards, community incentives, and operational support provided through the Onchain Foundation treasury. The 40% allocation refers to tokens distributed to core contributors, early supporters, and Magic Labs, in recognition of their foundational work in building and supporting the protocol’s launch. These allocations represent important resources for the ongoing management and development of the ecosystem, with 10% designated for the initial airdrop and community rewards.
According to the official announcement, the NEWT TGE and airdrop will go live on June 24. Users who interact with the protocol via Newton.xyz or complete community tasks through the Magic Newton Portal before 11:59:59 on June 12, 2025, will be eligible for the airdrop. Additionally, those who participated in Newton’s Kaito Yappers event will receive rewards distributed separately through the Kaito backend. More details will be announced soon.
The Magic Newton Foundation has announced that 0.9% of the NEWT supply will be allocated as Kaito rewards. The Kaito snapshot will be taken at 7:59 on June 20, 2025.

Last week, retail investors poured $6.1 billion into 3x leveraged chip ETFs, but suffered a 20.5% single-day plunge this Thursday, almost perfectly coinciding with the start of the rapid downturn. The cumulative decline in October has exceeded 43%, far surpassing the 15.9% loss of non-leveraged products during the same period. The root cause lies in the market’s skepticism toward AI investment returns. The most significant uncertainty is whether aggressive spending by tech giants will actually deliver on profit expectations, while the use of leverage has exponentially magnified the cost of this misjudgment.
