Jinse Finance reported that Trump has threatened to impose significant tariffs on countries that levy digital taxes. Just a few days ago, Meta Platforms (META.O) CEO Mark Zuckerberg expressed concerns about this tax during a meeting at the White House. According to sources, Zuckerberg had a private meeting with Trump late last week to discuss the issue of digital services tax. Meta confirmed the meeting in a statement: "Mark Zuckerberg visited the White House last week to discuss Meta's infrastructure investments in the United States and to promote American technological leadership overseas." The White House spokesperson did not respond.
