Rainbow plans to acquire Clanker, pledging to allocate 4% of the total RNBW supply to CLANKER holders.
On September 23, Web3 mobile wallet Rainbow released an open letter regarding its proposal to acquire Clanker, and suggested including CLANKER token holders in its broader plan to acquire Clanker. The Rainbow Foundation stated that if the acquisition of Clanker is successful, 4% of the total RNBW supply will be allocated to CLANKER token holders, which is approximately 20% of the circulating supply at the time of the token generation event (TGE); Rainbow will manage 100% of the CLANKER tokens accumulated as liquidity provider (LP) fees since the launch of the Clanker token; after taking over Clanker, the Rainbow Foundation will assist the community in developing the protocol into the largest Launchpad platform on Ethereum.
