Clanker rejects Rainbow's potential acquisition proposal
On September 23, Clanker team member Jack Dishman posted that last month, Rainbow approached Clanker to discuss a potential acquisition. After some discussions, the Clanker team determined that the collaboration was not suitable and informed Rainbow last Thursday. However, last Friday, Rainbow contacted them again, threatening to publicly release a letter if the Clanker team did not respond. When Clanker once again made it clear that they would not proceed with the deal, Rainbow still published an open letter regarding the proposed acquisition of Clanker today without consent. Clanker is not interested in cooperating with Rainbow, especially after this experience, and therefore does not intend to continue related negotiations.
