Aster: Genesis Phase 2 airdrop claim feature will open on October 10
BlockBeats News, October 5th — According to the official announcement, Aster has announced that Genesis Phase 2 will end at 23:59 (UTC) on October 5th, and will seamlessly transition into a brand new phase—Aster Dawn (Phase 3). This upgrade will introduce a smarter bonus mechanism and fairer competition rules, continuing the project's growth momentum.
The airdrop query function for Genesis Phase 2 will open on October 10th, and users can begin claiming token rewards starting from October 14th. The rewards for this phase have no lock-up period, allowing users to claim and use them freely, further enhancing asset flexibility.
Aster Dawn Phase 3 will last for 5 weeks, ending at 23:59 (UTC) on November 9th. Specific token allocation information will be announced later. This phase will introduce spot trading rewards and a multi-dimensional points system, which will comprehensively evaluate users based on trading volume, holding duration, Aster asset types (such as asBNB, USDF), actual profit and loss, and team contributions, to more fully reflect users' real trading performance.
At the same time, Aster will also introduce a trading pair-specific bonus multiplier mechanism, with certain spot and perpetual contract products receiving additional trading points rewards. The team bonus mechanism has also been strengthened: it will no longer reset weekly but will run throughout the entire phase, ensuring continuous growth and accumulation of team collaboration. Regarding the referral mechanism, the standard referral reward will remain at 10%, and users who reach a specific trading volume can apply for a higher rebate rate, which will take effect within a few hours upon approval.

Michael Burry suggested that the AI bubble could burst as early as next summer and has replaced all his short positions on Micron, Nebius, SOXX semiconductor ETF, and Palantir with put options to obtain lower cost and higher leveraged short exposure. He believes the AI boom is built on the unproven assumption of "sustained capital expenditure," and once revenues disappoint, capital will quickly flee.
